Invoicing & Ordering

To order newspapers , magazines and publications from us, you will first need to open an account. To open an account with us, simply send us your details together with a list of your requirements. Of course, you’re welcome to call us to discuss your needs. Click here for a list of publications that we can supply.

At Martin Lavell every effort is made to keep invoicing as clear as possible. Our invoices show:

• Company name and address
• Department
• Cost code
• Title of publication
• Number of copies sent
• Number of days supplied
• Amount spent on each publication
• Total
• They can be tied to a Head Office or department account or stand alone.
• A full summary invoice appears on a monthly statement
• A summary invoice is available, if required, as is access to your account online, allowing you to interrogate your purchases
• Invoices can be emailed in a choice of 4 formats

Publication labelling

We can label publications with:

• Company Name
• Individual’s name
• Department
• Address/Location
